PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING REGISTRATION SEQUENCE!

Requirements File:

Photocopy or scan of high school/MA/equivalent diploma or Certificate of Pass (SKL) (legalized) *If it does not already exist, you can use Grade 12 1st semester Report with a note submitting the SKL/FC Diploma before the entrance test
A photocopy or scan of your ID or ID Certificate or Passport (for students from abroad only) *If you do not already have one, you can use the Student Card/Student
Photocopy or scan of Birth Certificate
Photocopy of Family Certificate
New pass photo size of 3 x 4 as many as two (2) sheets with a red background.

Monday-Friday : 8: 00 AM - 2: 00 PM WIB
Saturday : 08.00 AM- 11.00 AM WIB

Online Registration :

Registrants fill out registration forms and other requirements including FC High School Diploma/MA/Equivalent; FC ID; FC Birth Certificate; FC Family Card; and 3X4 Photo of Red background on link https://pmb.mahadaisyah.id (click the link next to).
Once the requisite registrar file is received, it will then be verified by the PMB Committee.
If the file is declared complete, the PMB committee will send a notification via WhatsApp to the registrant in order to send the registration fee through Bank account of Bank Syariah Mandiri a.n Ma 'had Aisyah Binti Abu Bakar Lial Dakwah, No.Rek 7137361455

If the file is declared incomplete or there are requirements that are not met, PMB committee will recall the things that need to be completed and fulfilled. However, if the applicant ignores the information from PMB committee, the applicant is declared to be disqualified and unable to follow the next stage.
PMB Committee will send PMB test participant number after the requirement file is declared complete and the treasurer confirms the payment of registration fee from the registrar

Offline Registration :

The applicant comes to Mahad Aisha campus and registers at PPMB by bringing the prescribed requirement file;

The registrar submits the registration file for verification by the committee;
The registrant fills out the registration form in full and collects the file;
After the file is declared complete, the registrar goes to PMB treasurer's room to pay the registration fee.
After making the payment, the registrant will get PMB test participant number.
